CloseTim Baldwin concludes this term's series on Acts 13-28 'To The Ends of The Earth'. Chapter 28 - Paul arrives in Rome, testifies about Jesus, and gives a warning not to reject God.
Peter wrote this letter to "foreigners" and "exiles" who were living in a hostile world - a situation all Christians, even today, have in common. He encourages us to "Stand fast in it", in the true grace of God, going against the tide of this world. 1 Peter brings a word of great hope and encouragement that calls us to see the breathtaking privilege of being God's chosen people.
